Helping Women Heal from Trauma, Difficult Relationships, and High-Conflict Custody Challenges

Experienced Support for Trauma, Relationships, and High-Conflict Family Situations

For more than twenty years, I have helped women heal from trauma, navigate difficult relationships, and find clarity during life's most challenging transitions. My work focuses on trauma recovery, attachment wounds, relationship concerns, and high-conflict custody situations.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Ph.D. in Counselor Education. As a former faculty member at the University of New Orleans and Georgia State University, I have trained graduate-level counselors, researched trauma recovery and post-traumatic growth, and presented at regional and national conferences.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in both clinical expertise and practical strategies for change. Together, we work to understand the patterns that keep you stuck and develop the tools needed to move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

I am also the author of an upcoming book on the psychological and relational dimensions of high-conflict custody cases.

If you're ready to begin your healing journey, I would be honored to help.
